Call for presentations, posters and facilitators now open!
Would you like to present your research, suggest innovations or discuss evidence from your midwifery practice at little cost to yourself or the planet? We welcome presentations from all parts of the world but particularly from those midwives who have little opportunity to attend in person conferences.
The 18th Virtual International Day of the Midwife is now in the planning stages and we are looking forward to hearing from you. This conference is free to attend, lasts for 24 hours thus covering all time zones and always welcomes eminent midwives as keynote speakers.
A small volunteer committee organises and runs the conference and this year we have two new members from Indonesia and Morocco. Check them out at vidm.org Through the menu at the top right you can view the members of the committee, find more information about submitting an abstract or becoming a facilitator. You can also view last years programme and gain free access to most of the presentations given over the past 15 years via our YouTube channel Virtual Midwives.
