No registration is required for VIDM 2024!
Attending a 24 hour conference, online and with concurrent sessions, takes planning. Open the VIDM 2024 Programme. Scan the sessions. Use “Expand All” to open the sessions. You can even add sessions to your personal calendar.
Each session has a title, description / abstract, speaker and facilitator information, a link to the time in your location, and the Room ACCESS link. Recordings will be listed there as well after the conference ends.
Click on a speaker’s name to open their biography. You can do the same for facilitators.
DIRECTIONS FOR JOINING A SESSION
- Go to the VIDM 2024 Programme and open the session you would like to attend
- The room will not open until 15 mins before the session starts
- Click on the Room ACCESS link
- Enter your name and country
- Ensure you remain mutes throughout the presentation
- Raise hand to ask questions
