As an online conference, Virtual International Day of the Midwife is one of the few international events that does not have to change format or postpone or cancel due to physical distancing restrictions. All you need is access to the internet and you are able to attend any or all of the more than 24 hours of sessions . The VIDM uses webconferencing technology (Big Blue Button) that is mobile friendly and relatively low bandwidth. Instruction on how to access the conference will be available later.
