May 4 @ 23:00 - 23:50

Speakers:- Nicole Harlot & Maria Clemente Morresi
Facilitators:- Linda Deys
Abstract:- Perinatal professionals dedicate their careers to supporting families during the most vulnerable transitions of life—yet who supports the supporters? This interactive session introduces a revolutionary model for building sustainable, collaborative communities that empower perinatal professionals to thrive while combating burnout and isolation.
Drawing from the Perinatal Resource Collaborative’s one-year journey of uniting 309+ professionals across 43 states and 11 countries, participants will explore:
- The Village Model: How algorithm-free, inclusive communities create authentic connection and collective wisdom among diverse perinatal professionals
- Combating Professional Isolation: Practical strategies for building local and virtual support networks that reduce burnout and increase retention in the field
- Collaborative Innovation: Real-world examples of how peer-to-peer learning, masterclasses, and co-created resources elevate the entire profession
- Sustainable Growth Frameworks: Scalable approaches to creating membership-based communities, referral networks, and professional development opportunities
Attendees will leave with actionable tools to either join or create supportive professional communities in their own regions, including templates for networking structures, engagement strategies, and resource-sharing systems.
