Attend a drop in session to check out how BigBlueButton works (BBB is NOT set up like ZOOM). See below to find a session that works for you. The moderators are ready to answer your questions. Make sure your headset is working! Make note of the room for each drop-in session. Sessions marked with * will be available in Spanish or English as requested by attendees. We recommend you use a headset for the best audio.
NOTE: The login page is the same for all sessions and rooms.
- Go to the VIDM Conference Rooms login page
- Enter your name
- Choose the room for your session
- Enter the password: pinard
- Select JOIN
- Follow the prompts to set up your audio
