Céline Lemay, midwife for more than 30 yrs in Québec (Canada). She was actively engaged for legalization of the midwifery practice (1999). She has a Master in Anthropology and a PhD in Applied Human Sciences (Université de Montréal). Actually a Board member of l’Ordre des sages-femmes du Québec. Teaching as a senior lecturer in Bac en pratique sage-femme at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. She has 3 children and 4 grand children.
