Mrs. Yeshinat Lakew Ambaw  (Debre Berhan University, Lecturer) has immense clinical, academic, and research experience in maternal, neonatal, child healthcare practice and adolescent and youth reproductive health. She earned her Bachelor of Midwifery from Debre Berhan University and Masters of Clinical Midwifery Degrees from the University of Gondar in 2015 and 2019, respectively. Currently, she is a lecturer and works as a Midwife tutor and researcher at Debre Berhan University, Asrat Woldeyes Health Science Campus, School of Nursing and Midwifery. She has been a member of a general assembly in the Ethiopia midwife association. Currently she is one of Executive board members of EMwA. As principal investigator she done mega research on challenges of youth life sponsored by Debre Berhan University. As a supervisor, she has been advising and evaluating students for their research work at Debre Berhan University. She provides professional courses (such as obstetrics, gynecology, neonatology, and pediatrics) for midwifery and nursing  students. She has experience in provision of training for new employers, Pre-Employment Soft-Skill training (WEAR Training Program).
