Sekar is currently a Master Program of Public Health student in Diponegoro University, holding a professional background in midwifery from Airlangga University. Her academic and professional interests focus on maternal and child health, particularly in advancing equitable access, quality of care, and health system strengthening.

She has been actively engaged in clinical practice, organizational leadership, community service, and research, including scientific publication. Sekar is committed to promoting evidence-based midwifery care that upholds women’s rights, dignity, and equity within healthcare systems.

As a shadow facilitator at VIDM 2026, she aims to support a reflective and inclusive learning environment while contributing to discussions on equity, access, and human rights in maternal care.
