Ridwan Abdusalam is a highly analytical Monitoring, Evaluation, and Data Specialist with over five years of experience in public health and social impact programs. He has expertise in designing M&E frameworks, research and evaluation, data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Ridwan currently serves as a Global Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Wellbeing Foundation Africa (WBFA), where he leads data-driven decision-making and project performance assessment for donor-funded initiatives. Ridwan holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria and has contributed to numerous health and development projects in Africa, improving data quality, program outcomes, and policy formulation.
