Dr. Pragya is a dedicated public health professional with a profound passion for maternal and child health and nutrition initiatives. She is a registered member of the Dental Council of India. With master’s degree in health management and diverse professional experience across different tiers, she possesses profound understanding of various facets crucial to public health. She has extensive expertise in implementing public health program and has contributed significantly to advancing health outcomes. She currently holds the esteemed position of Global Projects and Monitoring-Evaluation Manager at Her Excellency Toyin Saraki Global Office and Philanthropy.
She has worked as a UNICEF Consultant in a challenging district in India, focussing on implementing and strengthening health initiatives under RMNCHA+N (Reproductive, Maternal, New-born, Child, Adolescent Health, and Nutrition), Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition and other health and nutrition key interventions. Moreover, she has worked with the State Government to strategically device health initiatives tailored to support pregnant women, ensuring effective care provision amidst challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Pragya through her experience has unique skill set which is a blend of knowledge, programmatic & managerial competence & liaison expertise. She is passionate and motivated to work for children’s health to create meaningful sustainable impact in their lives as she believes every child has a right to enjoy the same opportunities to grow, be healthy and develop.
