My name is Meron Tessema. A Midwife, with master’s degree in public health and a collective 16 years of experience in midwifery care, Instructional designing, training facilitation and MNH programme/project management. I am currently working as Partner and Grants Coordinator for Maternity Foundation with a primary role of building the Safe Delivery App portfolio of Sub-Saharan Africa through capacitating health workers on Safe Delivery App use and its integration into preservice and in-service national programs. I aspire to become a role model leader for successor midwives worldwide. It is always wonderful to meet with people and build relationship. IDM serves the purpose of meeting with midwives, policy makers, leaders, and other influencers on top of sharing developments around midwives and midwifery care. I am excited to be a facilitator on the 34th Virtual IDM celebration.
