I am Mary Bada, a social inclusion facilitator and a trainer with experience in business start ups and development. I have worked with different NGOs and CBOs in programme, capacity development, Advocacy and Networking, M&E and Grants management. Some of these include : Gender, health, climate change, governance and human rights. I have engaged in my work with different groups of women, youths, PWDs, refugees / host communities and marginalised communities. I serve as a board chair of YWCA Mombasa branch and also as a board member of other 3 organisations. I have also worked with different school management committees in skills development and supporting different strategies in education
