Lourdes de la Peza is an Organizational Development Consultant, with 25 years of experience working for developing countries across the world, as consultant, trainer, virtual trainer, training designer, trainer of trainers and executive coach in governance, leadership, and management development. She has worked with public and private organizations, NGOs, FBOs, public sector institutions and multi-sectoral mechanisms in 11 countries in Latin American and the Caribbean, 10 Anglophone countries in Africa, Mozambique, Tajikistan, India, and Pakistan. From 1995 through April 2018, she worked for Management Sciences for Health, most recently as a Principal Technical Advisor for Governance, Management and Leadership. As part of MSH she was co-author of the LDP+ MSH signature leadership development program. She is currently, working as an independent consultant for Palladium International, Frontline AIDS and Global Fund Evolution Project and teaching leadership and management at IESDE school of Management in Puebla México.
