Professor Linda Sweet is a midwife with broad experience in clinical environments, education, management, and research. She is the inaugural Chair in Midwifery with the Deakin University and Western Health Partnership. Linda is a life member of the Australian College of Midwives, a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Health Professional Educators, and a Flinders University distinguished scholar. Linda has over 140 peer-reviewed publications, is the Deputy Editor of the international journal Women and Birth, and is a peer reviewer for numerous other international journals. Linda is passionate about the midwifery profession and improving maternity care.
