
Fridah Ndinda has extensive experience in 17 countries across Africa, & UAE in all aspects of the training life cycle with over 10 years of industry experience in the field of Communication, Learning & Development, Strategy, and Talent Development. She has planned and executed and average of 300 trainings per year (2020 & 2021) and an average of 250 trainings per year (2017, 2018, 2019). Fridah has led and managed highly complex projects related to Curated Learning Paths, Learning Management System adoption and integration, Talent Management Training, Competency Frameworks, Communication, Engagement Surveys, Employee Recognition, Mentoring Program and Volunteering.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Daystar University Kenya.
