I am a registered midwife and research professional with a strong interest in maternal and child health, health systems, and community based care. I completed my professional midwifery education at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia. Currently, I work as a Study Coordinator in Pediatric Infectious Disease Research and Innovation at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital Jakarta, where I manage study operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and support the implementation of public health interventions. Previously, I worked as a Research Assistant in social obstetrics and gynecology, contributing to multisite research on maternal health systems in collaboration with international partners.
Beyond research, I am passionate about community engagement and education. I have led programs on reproductive health, youth empowerment, and continuity of care models for midwives and community health workers. I also have experience in digital health communication through my role in social media and branding.
I have had the opportunity to contribute as a speaker and facilitator in international midwifery forums. I am particularly interested in leadership, collaboration, and advancing the role of midwives in addressing complex global health challenges.
