I am a nursing student who is naturally curious and eager to learn, even while recognizing that I still have many flaws to improve. I see every experience as an opportunity to grow, both personally and academically.
Through my studies and group activities, I have developed skills in communication, teamwork, and adaptability. I enjoy engaging with others, exchanging ideas, and contributing to a positive environment.
I am interested in becoming a facilitator at VIDM because I want to support others in their learning process while also continuing to develop myself. I believe that a facilitator should create a safe, encouraging space where everyone feels confident to participate. With my curiosity and willingness to keep learning, I am committed to growing and contributing meaningfully in this role.
