Desta Mutiara Lestari, S.Keb is a midwifery student in the Bachelor of Midwifery and Professional Midwife Education Program, Faculty of Health, Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang, Indonesia. Since 2019, she has also been actively working at Puskesmas Malingping, where she has gained hands-on experience in delivering comprehensive, community-oriented healthcare services. With a strong interest in maternal and child health, Desta focuses on improving the safety of pregnancy and childbirth, as well as optimizing child growth and development. Her dedication is reflected in a holistic and compassionate approach, emphasizing empathy, health education, and high-quality care. Her experience in primary healthcare settings has further strengthened her understanding of real-world community needs and the challenges faced in the field.
Desta continuously develops her professional capacity through active involvement in academic activities, research, and community service. She demonstrates a strong enthusiasm for lifelong learning and a firm commitment to enhancing the quality of midwifery services.
