Daniela Drandić is Head of Advocacy and Communications at the International Confederation of Midwives, responsible for ensuring that ICM achieves its strategic global advocacy and communications priorities. Daniela has over 15 years of experience in civil society organisations advocating for improvements to maternity services, sexual and reproductive health and rights globally. She has published extensively on maternity service quality, and on midwifery policy. Daniela was responsible for strategic leadership of the Midwives’ Data Hub, which brought together experts on geographic information systems, data and design to create a Hub that meets the needs of novice and experienced data users.
