
Caroline Bii is a programs and grants management specialist with 15+ years of experience in East and Horn of Africa. She is passionate about making a positive change for the most marginalized and vulnerable in the society especially women and girls. She has managed the implementation of various projects targeting the most vulnerable and marginalized populations in the community, key among them persons with Disability, persons living with HIV and Children. Caroline has worked in the NGO sector and has vast experience in organizational capacity building conducting capacity assessments, training and facilitation. She is currently a consultant on organizational development, a trainer and facilitator on project management, governance and leadership, financial management, strategic planning and results based management.
Caroline holds a Master of Education (Med) in Educational Planning and Bachelor of Education (Bed) from Kenyatta University in Kenya and Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management (from Kenya Institute of Management).
