Caitlin Goodwin, DNP, CNM, RN, graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University. She has been a nurse for over 17 years, most of which was in obstetric nursing or nurse-midwifery. Her passion is writing, citing, and editing midwifery-centered articles and educating other healthcare professionals and students to support families. Caitlin has four children, all birthed with midwives, and is grateful to have caught babies in five states in the USA.
