Mr. Birhan Tsegaw Taye (Debre Berhan University, Lecturer) has immense clinical, academic, and research experience in maternal, neonatal, and child healthcare practice. He earned his Bachelor of Midwifery and Masters of Clinical Midwifery Degrees from the University of Gondar in 2015 and 2020, respectively. Currently, he is a lecturer and works as a Midwife tutor and researcher at Debre Berhan University, Asrat Woldeyes Health Science Campus, School of Nursing and Midwifery. He had been a Clinical case team coordinator at Dilla Teaching and referral hospital, Ethiopia. Within the last 2 years, he published more than 16 research articles in an international peer-reviewed journal together with other scholars. Moreover, he is a recognized article reviewer for reputable journals. He received one domestic research grant award as a co-investigator in the area of maternal and neonatal health. As a supervisor, he has advised and evaluated students for their research work at Debre Berhan University. He has provided professional courses (such as obstetrics, neonatology, and pediatrics) for midwifery students.
