
Alifina ‘Izza is a dedicated professional with a background in midwifery and a commitment to advancing maternal healthcare. With a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery from Universitas Airlangga, she has garnered extensive experience in research, community service, and organizational leadership. As a Research Officer for various initiatives, including JAKRAD and Maternal Nearmiss studies, demonstrating her proficiency in data collection, analysis, and collaboration. Additionally, she has excelled in volunteer roles, co-founding the Advanced Research Center, and coordinating vaccine registration efforts in Kalakrisis Team. Her leadership extends to organizational roles such as Coordinator of Annual Midwives’ Day Celebration and Chairman of the Indonesian Midwives’ Student Association. Alifina’s accomplishments include presentations at prestigious conferences, publication of research papers, and receipt of awards such as the 33rd Triennial International Congress Midwives recognition. With her diverse skill set, leadership acumen, and passion for maternal health, Alifina ‘Izza continues to make significant contributions to the field of midwifery and healthcare in Indonesia.
