Laureli Morrow has been serving women since 1987 when she first began her training as a midwife . With years of experience in both home and hospital care, she also volunteers in developing nations, providing midwifery care and training to traditional birth attendants, midwifery students and other medical personnel. In addition to overseeing Midwife Pilgrim’s programming, her personal work includes developing a curriculum to train health care workers in safe maternity practices in the midst of the Ebola crisis, helping with the Nepal earthquake relief, and assisting in the Refugee Situation in Europe and Bangladesh.
