Helena Lassen is the programme director of Maternity Foundation, and has been with the organisation for 4 years. She is the strategic lead of the global program portfolio, and oversees the implementation and integration of the Safe Delivery+ Programme across 15 countries, through the hubs in Ethiopia, India and Denmark.
Helena has over 15 years of experiences from development and humanitarian context, with core competencies in programme design and implementation, safeguarding, quality assurance, business development, and organisational development processes. She has lived and worked in Ethiopia, Djibouti, Serbia, Kosovo and Ukraine, and has travelled for work extensively. She holds a BA in Sociology, MA from University of London.
