Midwife Pilgrim has been working in Bangladesh since September 2017 with the Rohingya  population in refugee camps. We provide clinical care to refugee women and their children as well as providing  mentorship to the Bengali midwives. We are working with the UNFPA and HOPE Foundation to ensure safe and skilled reproductive health care is available to all.  The Rohingya humanitarian crisis is unlike any we have encountered in the past for a variety of reasons. The escalading crisis due to such a large population arriving within a short time as well as the stories we heard from the women we served is not only challenging, it requires a different approach.  We would like to share our experiences with the VIDM participants.
