Eliana Monteforte

Eliana Monteforte has a Master in Public Health (MPH) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is currently a Senior Technical Advisor for Institutional Development at Management Sciences for Health (MSH) in Washington, DC. Over the past ten years at MSH, Ms. Monteforte has provided project management and technical assistance support to public health programs in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. Her areas of expertise include health planning and budgeting, health finance, cost revenue analysis, resource mobilization, quality improvement and leadership and management. Currently, Eliana is providing technical support to the FCI of MSH led Strengthening the Advocacy Capacity of Midwifes project in Mexico as well as the Resource Mobilization for Sustainability of Midwifery Organizations project led by Hispanics in Philanthropy. Eliana is fluent in English and Spanish.
