Carmel Moran has a Master’s degree in International Development and Intercultural Communication, and has been working as Global Projects Officer at the Royal College of Midwives since 2017. She has a particular interest in women’s health, improving access to health care services and the sexual and reproductive health rights of intersectional women. She currently supports the implementation of the RCM’s global framework and supports the project management of the RCM’s midwifery twinning project with the Bangladesh Midwifery Society.
